WARNING! Mega long post!

boo yeah!! Traci is back, actually it's been 63 hours already. Let me update what happened just yesterday before updating on my Perth holiday which I did record down..

11 September 2009- declared Eat-All-Day
yesterday was eat all day. By Nadine, ZhiYing, Shariel, Jeannica, Joyce, Heather and me ^^ basically it was to cook and bake at my house:) doesn't it sound fun. Cooking and baking with friends. LOL. So at first I went for piano in the morning at 10am and when I got home, it just happened to rain. The rest were on their way, so kind me went to bring umbrellas for them at the circle line met station:) BUT just when their train arrived, the rained stopped. =.='' In conclusion, i carried those umbrellas for nothing and also looked like an idiot standing there waiting for them. >.< When they arrived, we started cooking our lunch, somehow a feeling like Family Outing, Singapore ver. LOL. We made Japanese curry and Cold Noodles. Awesome cooking tho it was a first time for most of us, well at least cooking without and adult around. They bought Jolly Shandy, had no idea till I saw them carrying it. Nice! Itadekimasu! :) then went onto bake cupcakes. I couldn't find the recipe last minute, oops. In the end went to search online. Still, the cupcakes turned out great and yummy. Went down to play at the basement and the playground a reminiscence of childhood.. :) so fun. Made friends with many young children. LOL LOL.definitely didn't scare them away :D then back to the house to rest. Tried to finish the Cha Soba, but didn't. Some did. Something funny happened.. Nads was at the dining table and just so happened that my mum took out the family dinner for me to eat, I had tuition =X and Nads said ' oh thanks aunty' when sadly it wasn't for her. LOL LOL LOL. We wanted to go to Chomp Chomp, well it's an eat all day, but some were tired some had tuition DANG! Hence the sad parting :( On the way out my mum told Nads, ' next time you come again then eat fried rice' lol LOL LOL. It was a great day of fun and laughter. :)

Ok now the Perth trip.

Departing day 04/09/09
it was the last paper of prelims, chem paper 1. Then dad picked me up, bought chicken rice for lunch. Bathed and got ready to leave the airport:) reached there at about 2pm checked in, sent my goodbye msgs and flew off!! Wheeeee~~

Arrived at PERTH at about 10pm. Security was mega strict and slow, I thought SG was good and strict.. Aussie is... Anyways we got out, collect the rented car and the GPS. BUT the GPS was spoiled, so we waited for the guy to return and get a new GPS. By the time we reached Comfort Hotel east Perth, it was 12mn. Weather was cooling, it was raining when we arrived with added cold wind, awesome.

Official Day1- 05/09/09- EUGENE's birthday
couldn't wish Eugene happy birthday cuz expensive, OOPS! =X anyways we woke up and went to walk on the streets. In the lift, this old English lady thought we are Japanese ^^ walked all the way to the city shopping streets, couldn't find anything to eat cuz the shops were closed. Ended up at Macs, they had triple cheeseburger O.o then drove to FREMANTLE MARKET which was like Thailand's CHatuchat, but cleaner, colder and bigger I guess. Shopped, shared a long long long fruitstick. Ate a mega large hotdog and nice but ex Vietnamese beef noodles and tomyam noodles. Walked the streets, Dome-d. Realised that most of the shops close at 5pm. Tsk tsk..

Drove to FREMANTLE HARBOUR, damn windy. Wind= icy cold+burn your cheek. When at Fremantle, must eat their fish and chips. Visited uncle David and aunty Ruth and Sarah jiejie and Dennis korkor. Their house was very nice, one storey landed, the lanes were very dark almost pitch black. Returned to the hotel but got lost for awhile, realised there were NO taxis in the sub-urbs.

Official Day2- 06/09/09
woke up early, packed and checked out. Arrived at Winthrop Batist College for service, Faith Baptist Church. Service was to me, quite charismatic and long too. It so happened that the worship leader looked very much like Mr Gaspar, PL guitar ensemble instructor. Ate what prolly was the cheapest food around apart from the supermarket, chicken rice, with aunty Ruth and uncle David.

Drove to MARGARET RIVER HOTEL at Margaret River, journey like driving to KL from SG. Arrived and checked in. The area is very nice, like country style. Shopped at their supermarket, COLES (coal-ers). It was big. Was looking at the baking section when we saw a packet of cadbury chocolate chips that was open. So.... Joan, mum, dad and I went to steal and eat.. OOPS!! =X but somehow it was funny. Dinnered at some lan pok kai Chinese eatery, very very average food. Went back to the hotel room to bathe, tsk. The water temperature keeps fluctuating between mega hot and icy cold. When got the right temperature quickly bathe and got out. Moisturized my face, drank the vitamin water that G-D drank too^^ and slept.. IN A SLEEPINGBAG or else I would have frozen to death.

Official Day3- 07/09/09
woke up and had breakfast in the room, leftover bread from previous day's dinner. Heated up with microwave oven in the room, spread with cheese bought from coles.

Left for THE BERRY FARM. Very nice, country side. Bought lots of jam and marmalade then ate scones at the cafe. Yum yum~ Leftover jam for the birds around to lick it up, they'll come to you if you leave the jam near you. Apparently they have a tongue O.o

Drove down to CAPE LEEUWIN LIGHTHOUSE. Stopover at Augusta town for lunch and it was raining. Raining+icy wind+cold weather = freezing.reached the lighthouse, damn windy. Super duper wooper mega strong, till you can't walk or move forward against the wind, but the view was nice. You could see the waves of the Southern ocean and the waves of the Indian ocean clash together at a certain division.

Drove back. Went to coles to get dinner. Made use of the oven to heat up the lagsagna. way cheaper then outside. Missed twittering and reading my korean news, felt so outdated :(

Official Day4- 08/09/09
woke up early, about 7 plus. In room breakfast again. Walked and browsed the street shops. Got 100aud to spend ^^ but didn't buy anything. Checked out and off to XANADU WINERY.. No tour sadly, but big big BIG vineyard. Realised that all the toilets even the public ones are super duper wooper clean.

Next to MARGARET RIVER CHOCOLATE FACTORY. ^^ Dropped by the Margaret River Cheese Factory Store. used the GPS, DUH! Realised that there's a road and a street called Keenan. lol much?! Bought lots of CHOCOLATE AND GIFTS back. WOOTS! SHIOK! Dad ordered a cuppacino. When it came it had a tic tac toe cocoa powder deco on it. Tried to scoop the cocoa powder alone to eat it. BUT in the end spitting it all out onto Luke. Cuz apparently it went into my windpipe, so itchy and coughed it out. hehe~ XP

Drove back to Perth city. Stopped by at Miami Plaza Shopping Centre, first shopping centre so far. Bought unique Aussie sweets back for friends.. Listened to G-D's HEARTBREAKER!! from phone, couldn't listen from ipod cuz scully no batt, nvr bring charger luhh.. Reached back to COMFORT HOTEL EAST PERTH... Ate a STEAK dinner at Bobby Dazzler's eatery. yum yum~ By then it was late so sleep.. *snores*

Official Day5- 09/09/09- also meant the LAST DAY! :(
Woke up and checked out. Went to HARBOUR TOWN for shopping :) that place is known for Discount Shopping. ^^ The service staffs, on the whole, are very friendly. Bought new BIG towels. Yayee! Lunch at subway.. Subway cookies at 3 for 2AUD?! O.o I realised that most of the shops are like factory outlet shops, which is why they are cheap with lots of discounts :) Mum bought winter leather boots.

Went back to city centre to shop again. Bought a bag for aunty Jane, her birthday. Tsk walk until i was pissed, tired lehxx.. Somemore got nothing much to buy, in the city centre more expensive. Changed pad and got pissed even more. Skipped Macs dinner, i'm anti-Macs, when i saw a limousine pass by, the actual long kind. :) Then went to some chinese eatery to dinner, parents didn't eat Macs. Runned by Hong Kong people, nice people BUT food expensive. 1 plate of mee-goreng for 9AUD?! And the lady boss said it was cheap already. O.o Oh my! Suddenly there was this beggar sleeping outside the shop. =X The lady boss went to chase her away. LOL?

Drove to PERTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Security again very strict, even had to check if parents brought in weapons. TSK!? A heart defibrillator in the depature hall? cool or what? Arrived back at SG at 3am exact.

10/09/09- GERALDINE'S BIRTHDAY!!
Like i said i arrived here at 3am. reached home bathed and slept at 430am.. Guess what?! The Holiday Is over. :( *sniffs*
